Administrative Services Bureau

The Administrative Services Bureau, which consists of several hundred support personnel, handles all administrative tasks of the State's Attorney's Office. This bureau keeps the office running on a day-to-day basis and provides administrative support in the form of: data entry, administrative assistants, clerks, receptionists, mailroom/supply clerks, warehouse facility clerks, law librarians, law clerks/paralegals, program assistants, community liaisons, and court reporters. The Bureau also includes units dedicated to assisting victims and witnesses through our Victim Witness Assistance Program as well as; personnel /human resources, office managers/administrative supervisors, financial control, information systems, and fleet management.
